Steps For Return
1. Return Period: Customers can return products within 3 days of receiving their order.
2. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Only damaged, defective, or misplaced items are eligible for return.

Steps For Exchange
1. Contact us at +919958962922 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide us a video of unboxing showing the damaged product without any editing or muted sound.
2. To qualify for an exchange , the item must be unused and in its original packaging ( including box , other packaging materials, invoices and any other accompanying documents )
3. Once approved, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
4. We cover the shipping costs for reverse pickup and the re-shipment of exchanged items. ( Note : if the product was bought on sale or with discount or coupons , the customer must bear the shipping charges)5. If pickup service is unavailable in your area, please self - ship the product ( self shipping costs are not refunded .)
6. Upon receiving the product , we will inspect it and send the correct product as agreed.
7. Exchanges are subject to product availability, if the desired product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equivalent value . -
